All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, documentation, and the IQO Intelligence platform remain the exclusive property of INTERNATIONAL QUALITY ORGANIZATION LLC. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for internal business purposes only.
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
IQO's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, clients must cease using IQO proprietary materials and return any confidential information.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
