Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of INTERNATIONAL QUALITY ORGANIZATION LLC (hereinafter "IQO", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

IQO provides quality management consulting, auditing, training, and intelligence services including but not limited to:

  • ISO 9001 implementation and optimization
  • Internal, supplier, and external audits
  • Quality and leadership training programs
  • Organizational excellence engineering
  • IQO Intelligence AI platform services
  • Development of international standards

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of IQO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Cooperate with IQO consultants and provide access to required resources
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and tools
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, tools, documentation, and the IQO Intelligence platform remain the exclusive property of INTERNATIONAL QUALITY ORGANIZATION LLC. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for internal business purposes only.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Consulting services are billed on a project or hourly basis
  • Training programs require advance payment or deposit
  • Subscription services are billed monthly or annually
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

IQO's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those specific services. We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, clients must cease using IQO proprietary materials and return any confidential information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
